Refund policy
Damaged or defective non-clearance products may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Undamaged, sealed, non-clearance products may be returned/exchanged the customer's cost for shipping within 14 days. Misuse/improper storage of items with care cards nullifies any returns/exchanges. Please contact us at greenmaidenessentials@gmail.com as quickly as possible to arrange delivery. All clearance items sales are final, no refunds or exchanges available. Green Maiden Essentials reserves the right to deny service to any customer at management's discretion.
